Serious photography has been a part of Walter's life for many years. He uses Adobe Photoshop to enhance his photos, and prints some of them on canvas to give the finished photo an oil or watercolor painting affect.

Walt believes that photography is a form of art. He likes color and photographing landscapes. He feels that there is always room for improvement and continues to challenge himself and perfect his craft. He says that he has had one great teacher throughout his life and that is his mistakes. One learns more from them than from what went right.

Walt's enhanced digitals have won many awards, including the People's Choice award at Art Flair exhibitions.
