PRE-REGISTER ARTWORK: no later than the date requested before the Exhibit Change.
SUBMIT ARTWORK: Write Artist Name & Artwork Title on the back of properly framed and wired artwork, and bring for
hanging at 9:00 a.m. on the Exhibit Change date. (Art work from the last exhibit must be picked up on the Exhibit Change date.)
All exhibiting members must sign an Exhibition Waiver form which will be kept
on file.
The Exhibition Committee may determine the condition and
suitability of work submitted.
SOLD ARTWORK: The member pays a 15% commission to the Art Club Treasurer for artwork sold in Art Club sponsored venues.
